what’s on

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Saturday May 14, 2011, 6:00pm

A1C held their Annual General Meeting today.
we had a very small turn out (less than 10 people in total).

To update everyone with what’s going on, the gallery space itself is closed, but the A1C Organization is NOT closed.
We currently have a call open to anyone interested in joining the board of directors to take on the organization.

What this means is, the gallery could possibly setup a space somewhere else in St. John’s, have exhibitions different times of the year in different places or take on something else – these are just a few suggestions of the possibilities of what A1C could be.

We are having our moving sale tomorrow from 12pm-4pm at the gallery to sell off the smaller items we can’t take with us (and things we have no room to put in storage).

We’re announcing this on the Weekend Arts Magazine radio show tomorrow morning too, so tune in to get more details.

So let it be known, the A1C Organization is NOT closed yet, and are inviting any people, groups or organizations to approach us by June 1 if you would like more information on getting involved in joining the board, otherwise the gallery will have to close.

To get in touch, please drop us a line at info@a1cgallery.com or phone Mark Bennett at (709) 746–1883, or contact another board member (listed on the website).

thanks,
A1C Board of Directors
